If you're craving Tim's or just need something quick to eat, and find yourself at this location, do yourself a favor and take the few extra minutes to drive on to another location, any other location. This was my second time to this location, and I won't make the same mistake again. First time I found the person that served me to be rather rude and cranky, but passed it off as someone having a rough day. This time was just an overall poor experience. After placing my order, I was given a nice, hot coffee immediately, then moved to the counter to wait for the food. I asked for extra whipped cream, I just had a mini scoop of whipped cream so I asked the manager to add some to me, she told me that if I wanted more I had to pay another extra of 0.70 cents I told her that they usually put more and she replied very stupidly that if I didn't pay another 0.70 cent she wouldn't do it for me. Plus she added cream to the iced cappuccino even though I had never asked for it. Very disappointed with her behavior I will never go back there.

Asked for 3 donuts and 2 coffee with a cabaret to eat inside. No cabaret and missing a donut even though I paid for it. They explain to me that they no longer offer cabarets since the pandemic. Yet two couples at different tables. When I went back for the missing donuts, I was told that those who had cabarets were exceptions. The truth doesn't take away anything. Service: Dine in
