I decided to dine inside at this restaurant, only to be informed that they were not serving rap today. The counter service was poor and there was a long wait. On another occasion, I arrived at 2:30 pm to find the door barred even though they were supposed to be open until 3 pm. I talked to the manager about the issue and have decided not to go back to Tim Horton anymore.
Really disappointed. The number of times I wanted to order the 2 meats on a tim morning which did not have the meats in the restaurant. I asked for French vanilla… but I received this in the photo. Explanation? Another time I also wanted to order a French vanilla but it wasn't available on the menu so I had to go elsewhere... waste of gas. Really disappointing.
The drive-thru at this restaurant is very long, frequently does not have all items in stock, and takes around 15 minutes to navigate even with only 3 cars in line. This experience has led to me losing customers and will not be returning.
This only applies to Tim on Jacques Cartier. Placed an order at the drive-thru only to be told 20 minutes later at the window that there were no more English muffins and that my order had therefore been canceled. Really not strong. Reserva una mesa ahora
Using Drive Thru another dissapointing feeling as you can see garbage everywhere no garbage bins for customers ...friendly service however.Parking: Dirty..lots of used paper cups thrown everywhere..
I ordered a chili and a loaf of bread, the bread is so hard even dipped in chili it remains hard for the price we pay we could do with some good calisse food.
Waited 22 minutes for an iced coffee. Terrible. The service is always the same, never improving. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to.
The coffee is lukewarm it would be nice if it was hotter and apart cella good service in the morning very good Reserva una mesa ahora
