Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

The restaurant is not well-maintained. As of 2024, it is dirty with trash scattered on the tables and floors. It has become a gathering place for the homeless, where there is often vulgarity, threats, and conflicts. The police could be stationed here around the clock. There is trash littered outside on the sidewalk and the staff does not address it. Loud music is played by the homeless individuals. This is the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. It is meant to be a restaurant, but it is far from it.

Terrible service all the time! We ordered oat coffees, but after realised that it was regular milk!!!! You guys terrible it cost nothing for you to make correctly orders , we are paying money for it! Workers act like it’s their house and customers it’s just visitors of their own property!!!!! So rude and mean, if you don’t like to work there go and work somewhere else! It’s terrible!

The coffee at this restaurant is awful. I have visited the drive-thru multiple times and consistently find the coffee to taste burnt or like dishwater. It may be helpful to thoroughly clean the machine and coffee pots.
