I've been to several Tim Hortons locations, and it's obvious that the managers need to provide better training for their staff on how to brew coffee correctly. I was a bit unsure about trying Tim Hortons since it's situated at a gas station, but my boyfriend assured me it would match my preferences, and he was right! The inside is very clean, and the staff is always busy preparing orders and refreshing the coffee. Plus, the gas prices are reasonable, making it a great choice for a morning visit whenever I'm low on fuel! The coffee is consistently fresh, and their pumpkin latte in the fall is absolutely delightful! Awful customer service. Customers should have the right to know the name of their server upon request. The manager was unwelcoming and displayed racist behavior. I strongly advise steering clear of this location. It's essential to treat all customers with kindness, particularly a pregnant woman. The manager clearly lacks proper knowledge of customer service and demonstrates both inexperience and disrespect. I will be reporting this to Tim Hortons Guest Services. Racism has no place anywhere.
