We visited on a weekday when there were only a few tables occupied. My wife and I ordered two meals and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for our food, which was quite stressful since we were in a hurry. During our wait, we observed the employees joking around and ignoring the food orders. Given that it wasn’t busy, the lengthy wait for our meals was quite frustrating. When we finally received our food and left for our event, we discovered that the caramel iced latte we ordered didn’t have any caramel in it, despite us paying extra for the syrup.
