Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

I have lived in this area for years and this Tim Hortons used to be to be pleasant to go to but now the staff is abrupt, rude, dismissive, and doesn't make you feel welcome at all. Today I went and tried to talk to the guy at the drive through window because of an order question and throughout he put his hand in my face multiple times to get me to stop talking, barely spoke to me. The staff at this location needs to be better and work on customer service because everyone in my inner circle has had complaints about them. I never do reviews but this place needs to do better.

Your employees are efficient and also know how to work under pressure. They sanitize every minute and are polite when they try to pass a message to their customers
