The last 2 times going to this Tim hortons the bathrooms are completely disgusting, yesterday as I was walking out of the restroom distraught about the condition I come out to a lady in a grey sweater, messy blonde bun with glasses yelling at me about how they cannot sell the smile cookies until today as it won’t go to charity. My mother in law had asked when they were available as they were being made in the dining room and my toddler saw them (and we know toddlers) anyways the girls face was beat red yelling at them about the question, then continued to turn around and have a smirk on her face to an employee after telling off my mother in law, toddler me completely clueless as I had just g...
What struck me was how this employee's face turned bright red as she scolded my mother-in-law, only to follow it up with a smirk directed at another employee afterward. I was oblivious to the situation since I had just come out of the restroom while they were ordering. This kind of customer service is appalling. To add to it, during our last visit, we received a cookie in a bag that was completely soaked. Overall, I find this restaurant to be very disappointing in terms of both cleanliness and service.
Ugh, getting Drive-Thru now from Tim's is just sad. They r putting out sub par quality cuz they know by the time u sip your coffee or bite into your food you are long gone and won't turn around to return it. It's not to hard to buy takeout cups and make coffee at home. It's cheaper and consistent.
