Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

I wanted to share my experience at the café, specifically regarding the service. There's an older lady, I believe her name is Susan, who seems to slow down the entire process. It can be quite frustrating, and it often leaves no one available to assist with orders. Even when there are just three people in line, it can take nearly 20 minutes to get a couple of coffees. Many times, I’ve left without getting a coffee at all because of how incredibly slow it is. While I typically don't complain, this is an issue that really needs to be addressed. People want their coffee quickly, especially before work, and having to wait 15 minutes with just a few people in line is simply too long.

I either go in or get delivery here every day, so I end up spending quite a bit. The coffee often tastes burnt, and they should really offer double servings or be more careful with the temperature. However, when it’s done right, it’s absolutely delicious!

Very busy location on Indian road. Wait time was about 10 minutes going through the drive through today (Sunday afternoon). Could use some more staff at peak times as wait times can be on the long side. Aside from that, staff is pleasant and courteous.

I would not recommend ordering Timbits through Tim Hortons delivery. They tend to only offer assorted Timbits, and the workers seem to only provide two flavors: sour cream glazed and old-fashioned plain, neither of which are particularly popular. Reserva una mesa ahora

Go in almost every day for coffee and find the service great and the staff friendly and courteous. Let’s face in the service industry it’s not always easy to be happy happy joy joy considering the way people act sometimes.

The service here has always been great and the staff has always been polite and friendly. Does the odd order get mixed up well the odd time but in service industry when doesn’t it.

the drive thru was great! the dame in the window was very customer-friendly and supplied me with great service! I will be back in any case! parking: lots of space for car trucks!

I find the drive through are slower I went through and the staff were just standing and talking and laughing I had to interrupt them to get my order. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have never had a bad experience at Tims. The occasional mistake with my drink by new employees, but they go out of their way to fix the problem.

Fast service and its a clean place. The employees there are very nice. Drive thru was quick and efficient.
