i speak no French however the hard working staff are very patient with me even if there is a line up. If they can't assist another staff member will or one of the friendly folk from Isle de la Madeleine make my visit the best....This is the biggest and best managed Timmies I've ever seen and has been our home for breakfast and lunch for the past 4 days. Good job Tim Hortons

SLOWest service ever at a Tims. If you were a local you were lucky and got waited on quickly, a visitor like ourselves, we waited and waited. We were wondering during what was wrong with us? Staff did not speak English so this was very...frustrating and we did t get what we wanted. This rest needs to hire more bilingual staff if you want happy visitors

I never had to wait 15 minutes to serve 2 coffees. I'm sorry for the locals who don't have a choice but to go to this. Saturday morning 7:00 clock and the line was the whole way to the door, only 1 person. in the money and the orders at the same time, they avoid all costs!

I recently visited a Tim Horton's and was disappointed by the slow service due to the lack of English-speaking staff. It would greatly improve the customer experience if they had bilingual employees.

Same as every other Tim's. The line up moved quick. My order was correct. They did offer free litter bags for your vehicle.

Typical Tim Horton's fare but no English so the service was very slow. They would benefit by having some bilingual staff.
