Located in North West corner of 1st Ave @ Horne Street it has become a landmark in Mission.1st Avenue in Mission is actually Lougheed Highway West Bound, it just changes names for a few blocks as it passes through downtown. Hard to miss, this Timmies has a very good parking lot, which is a rare commodity nowadays in any downtown. The interior has a good layout, with large windows, entrance from the parking and from 1st Avenue. It is a Timmies so you have what you expect. Having several apartment buildings within walking distance it can get busy at times, but I have never experienced a very bad waiting time to place my order. I waited in a long line to order my coffee, but when I finally received it, it was practically just water with a hint of brown. When I asked the server about it, she just apologized and said it was for all three of us. She only gave me one cup and made me wait in line for another 15 minutes to get a proper coffee, which they charged me for. This experience was absolutely ridiculous.

The service at this restaurant was friendly and efficient. Its location is ideal for travelers passing through Mission. As someone not familiar with the town, I was taken aback by the presence of many suspicious customers and individuals abusing drugs.

I have to say this is the best location in mission. They have the best doughnut selection and they are always busy when i go but i never wait too long. The staff are all really nice here
