Stopped in there.last week while waiting for tire service and was disgusted. The bathrooms are filthy, the toilet was covered in filth and the floor was a big puddle of urine. There were no staff covering the tills, I waited 10 minutes to order a mocha. When I did the staff member walked out of the back wiping his arms of with paper towel and the re-entered the back to fill the whip cream sleeve. He sleazed it into a filthy garbage can while I watched and then proceed to wipe his arms and hands with brown paper towel. After finally getting my mocha I could not find a clean table to sit at, I had to put a newspaper down to provide myself with a clean space. This Tim’s has really gone down hil...
Don’t understand why it’s so hard to add a shot of espresso into a drink the staff here mess it up every single time now but will for sure charge for it. I’m actually getting pissed at this point it’s a complete joke going there now won’t be getting coffee from you guys again. Your store has gotten worse in every way. Food: 1
