I stopped for a quick coffee and snack for my kids this past Monday. I ordered a few items and Timbits. I specifically said no old fashion flavour. When I got out to the car and gave my kids the Timbits they opened the box and over 1/2 of them were old fashioned! I brought the box back in and the girl at the counter was very condescending when I told her of her mistake. She returned the Timbits from my box back into the case, so gross, and replaced them. She returned the box to me and I asked her to replace all of the old fashioned ones as she’d only swapped 1/2. She hesitantly replaced them all and rolled her eyes while doing so. So rude! Stores look nice but the service is awful, it never used to be. The food isn't great and my order is never right. The order isn't right probably because a lot of the employees don't understand English or speak it. I don't have a problem with different cultures etc but when they are working with the public it usually doesn't work out all that well.
