Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

This is a very nice Timmy's which is to be recommended for a visit as it's clean, modern, and well kept, but I do have my reservations about the staff. The cashier seemed put out that we wanted to choose our own donuts rather than just tell her "a dozen assorted" and the lady who prepared our sandwich was far too busy chatting with the other staffers and provided a half-filled sloppy mess.If management tightened up the staff standards this would be a much better and more professional Tim's!

This THURSDAY is clearly designed for drive through traffic. Entry into the building is very restricted due to waiting customers and the majority of staff are focussed only on the drive thru business. Counted 7 staff with four dedicated to the drive through window, 1 making wraps etc and 2 serving customers in the store. Would have been four times faster to go through the drive thru than sit in the restaurant. Staff were polite and courteous but efficiency was not part of the service.

This was the usual quality food found at Tim Hortons but I forgot my jacket AND purse there. We hadn't even left the parking lot when staff came outside calling me to come back. I was impressed with their honesty.

The coffee has improved since we last went to a Tim Hortons 3 years ago - that's not saying much! Only redeeming part was the donut holes. Service was slow and the wi-fi was down. Say no more. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant keeps its parking lot and store well-maintained, with friendly customers. The only downside is that they occasionally mess up on the coffee. Overall, it was a good experience.

My order was actually 100% correct, which is a rare occurrence. However, I'm having trouble figuring out how to redeem the doughnut I won on the app's Roll Up to Win promotion.

We went in for chili and they had run out. It was only 7 pm - if opened 24/7, I was surprised they did not plan appropriately. Other than that, a typical Tim Hortons.

I thought the place would be sit-down but I was clearly mistaken. I would have preferred for that to have been clearer on their website. Fine for quick food. Reserva una mesa ahora

Pretty much what you'd expect! Busy, lots of people in and out. Was fairly quick and painless to get in and out!
