this morning I sat in the line at tim’s for a full 16 minutes. When I finally got into the window, I was asked what I had ordered. I told them and they looked around and said we didn't have their order at the place I commanded them, they repeated him to me. So why, when I finally got into the window, they didn't make my coffee and when I told them that I thought that was ridiculous when I was waiting. the server stood there with the card of my voice in the hand and said nothing and seemed like I had three heads. I asked if someone would make my coffee because it was late, again, just staring into the room. Yeah, I yelled at the situation. then I was told that I should go and that they wouldn...

After waiting for 15/20 minutes for 2 cars to be served at the speaker for me I finally got a chance to order…: wait no. I had to sit at the order screen for another 5 mins before someone greeted me. Another 15 mins to get to the window, for the employee to have no record of my order and didn’t have a clue to what I ordered. I then repeated my order to get directly to her thrrough the window so she could here me. She then again couldn’t understand my order. I repeated again 2 coffees both with the same ingredients. 2 milk 1 sugar. She repeated back 2 milk 3 sugar…. For the 4th time I repeated my order. She closed the window and began to bag muffins or some items for another order… I waited a...

3.5 starsThis location is recently renovated and has a huge parking lot and right behind the Esso/ Circle K.There is a huge lot with convenient entrance/ exits.The staff here are very friendly and do try their best to provide you what you want.The only negative is the entrance/ exit with sit down service can get quite congested. There needs to be better placement of hand sanitizer dispenser along with notices for social distancing

They need more staffing. The restaurant was neat and clean. The washroom was clean. Staff was very polite and cheerful. With covid happening, it's hard to get staff. That being said, the new staff is really trying to make it a pleasant experience at each location I have visited. Keep up the good work! Reserva una mesa ahora

Drive-through staff is friendly BUT I ordered the steak and egg breakfast and coffee. Down the road I opened the sandwich and it was bacon and egg . Sadly disappointed but too far to go back. At least it was free as I used points to pay for it.

20min for a 4 coffee from the antitically ridiculous thing with people nowadays. where is costume service nowadays. it is as if every person hires who wear Velcro shoes and cannot write names there

By FAR the absolute slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my life. Over a half hour in the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous.
