This afternoon, October 14, 2024, we stopped by this store on our way back home. We arrived at approximately 12:45 p.m.. Waited in line to order for a couple minutes (not unusual). Ordered 2 small Frech Vanilla Capachinos, one medium double double, a beef and cheddar, a ham and cheddar and a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. This us where things fell apart. Did not receive my order until until 1:05 !!! When I returned to my vehicle, I opened the ham and cheddar to find the bun not toasted but burnt black !! Went back in to complain about my sandwich to which the response was we 're out of buns, would you like it on a croissont or bagel ? Really ??? Took the croissant option and waited for...
Just stop by here to take a coffee and sugar cinnamon donut drive trough. On the speaker, I repeat several times what coffee I want, and on the fourth time she understood what I want. When I try to order sugar cinnamon donut even after several times, she didn't get what I want. On the window, another foriner worker couldn't get what I was trying to order and finally someone from inside the store brought the donut. When I try coffee, coffee was almost cold just a little warm, donat was something far a way from sugar cinnamon. Just fried dough. In most of the time when canadian people work in Tim Hortons I never repeat the order. But with this foriner workers who barely speak English there is...
I ordered steep tea today, September 30, 2024, at 5:50 PM, and the lady who took our order made a mistake. Instead of giving us steeped tea, they handed us coffee. When my partner gently asked her about the wrong order, she yelled at him. I also received no response when I took the drink, and her attitude was quite off-putting and arrogant. If you work in customer service, it's important to maintain a courteous demeanor, especially after making a mistake. We understand that jobs can be challenging, but kindness and respect should be a priority in customer interactions and in customer service field.
More often than not I go through this drive through and order a steeped tea double double and get coffee. Today I got what tastes like somebody started pouring coffee into the cup, realized half way through it’s supposed to be tea and switched half way through. The customer service at the window is AWFUL, Danica at the window had minimal interaction with us. And just shoved the tray out the window and closed it again before i could ask for the tea to be corrected. Usually have no complaints about this place. However, today I stopped by on my way to Attwood to pick up a large double, double and medium steeped tea. The lady I ordered from repeated my order confirming she understood. Arrived in Attwood and opened our drinks, mine was fine but my wife's was a coffee despite whoever made the beverages wrote DD on the coffee and ST31 (steeped tea 3 milk 1 sugar). Too far gone to go back so we chucked it because my wife won't drink coffee. Staff need to be more attentive.
