the speck is not cooked. you can kill someone who does this or gives them a parasite who lives the rest of their lives in their muscles. if there is an option for negative stars that is what they would get. I want my money back and an apologies for trying to live in mine. earlier this summer I went there during the business hours in the morning and they would not unlock and open the door. And now again in the middle of the day 5 a.m. on Monday they locked the doors and caught a man in the building. You're totally idiotic.

I ordered crispy chicken bacon wrap through mobile app and when I went to get it through drive through, they told me that chicken grill is already shut down. I placed order at 8.45 pm and this Tim is supposed to be closed at 10 pm. How they could close so early? And then they told me to cancel the order on app. Why should I cancel it? It's your fault. This is such disaster customer service. Really disappointed.Order #9492Time 20.45It's been 4 days that they didn't refund my money yet.

I went through the drive-thru, but my order was incorrect, so I decided to go inside. Unfortunately, I was treated very poorly by the staff. They whispered to each other through their headsets and laughed while I was there. When I asked who was in charge, they claimed they didn’t know and suggested I return the next morning if I had an issue. This is how customers are treated? I will definitely not be returning! It’s clear they have no regard for customer service.
