I've been a regular guest (twice a week at the sports center for a year and a half now and it's really very difficult to rate it. Every bathroom attendant and every employee in the restaurant has their own rules and they contradict each other more often than they fit together. Things are constantly changing and people are hardly informed. It just doesn't have a clear line. First the positives: the journey and the parking lot are clear. The ice rink is completely overcrowded and the ice skates are from the last century. The restaurant is too expensive and definitely not as hygienic as you would like. You can find IceTea in the cooler that has the bottling date of December 2nd, 2023 and it should be consumed within 4 days. Today is January 2nd, 2024... The cashier touches the sweets with her bare hands without having cleaned her hands then goes to the clearing station and throws things away there. Then the lady works the cash register again and touches the customers' money and items without washing her hands, which is really unhygienic. Absolute no-go in a resta...

We gave the whole thing another spin yesterday. It 's a shame, the 34 degrees water temperature in the outside wellness area is simply not enough! After just 20 minutes, me and my partner were cold. But actually we already knew that! Even though we come from the Bern/Solothurn region, we prefer to visit the Leukerbad in the canton of Vallis, because the brine pool in Schönbühl also has a temperature of 35 degrees and that is simply not enough. I know other people who don 't go swimming for exactly this reason... The water should already be 38 degrees.

Ice shoes are outdated, uncomfortable and your feet hurt after 10 minutes. Restaurant: Employee at the cash register puts the children's sweets into the bag with her bare hands. Touch waste with your bare hands without gloves and without washing your hands and continue working at the checkout. Drinks expired and still resell them. I rate the swimming pool and the associated staff. The employee at the checkout was super nice and since I paid by card, I was asked directly if I had 2 francs for the cloakroom (deposit). The lifeguard and master were both absolutely polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the pool outside could be a little better.

So far everything is ok. Unfortunately, there are often young people splashing water/jumping into the pool/screaming in the outdoor wellness pool. Please be more inspected by the lifeguards in the outdoor pool.

2 stars because the food is too expensive e.g.: Sinckers ice cream 2.70 or a Powerade 4 for that is too expensive and unnecessarily makes it cheaper otherwise you won't be doing any business anyway
