Timothy Adams Chocolates

I took the truffle making class with a friend, led by Timothy. What a lovely, knowledgeable man. The experience in itself was very fun and the truffles didn’t last long in my fridge: we ate them all! At the beginning, Timothy led us through a chocolate tasting from the most bitter, 100%, to white chocolate. It’s clear that every piece of chocolate was carefully selected.I also bought some chocolates made in the store and they were delicious. Timothy is a delightful man. I never thought anyone could love chocolate more than I do until I met Timothy. I’ll be back, hungry for more!

in any case here! I had a private in-person chocolate workshop for my birthday and tim went beyond and beyond. his detailed explanations during our tasting loved and bonbons made super fun and unforgettable. and delicious. the owners are so wonderful people - they have really done my day! will come back soon.

delicious chocolate with liquid chewing gum. customer service was excellent, super nice and well packed goodies. the fillings are definitiw sweet, but the small bite are just right for a quick dose of pleasure. a pleasant surprise as we bought a box of 12 plus, a few extra without ever tasting.

best chocolatier I was there! the tasting is really excellent and a good price when they buy their groupon, and they learn a lot about making chocolate.

her hot chocolate was great earlier, but she tasted me in my last visit. the jump on quality is disappointing in the price. I hope it was one.
