"Love this restaurant. The best one in Uxbridge I think. Menu is classic but not crazy expensive. The patio is amazing in the summer and inside feels like an English pub."

We were looking for a fine dining experience for a Friday night and decided to drive to Tin Mill. I called and made reservations beforehand. We got there on time and I was surprised that there was no hostess. Since the sign said please wait to be seated, we waited for about 5 minutes. The place looked busy but not super busy. Finally someone came and took us to our table outside in their patio. It was nice and the lighting was just perfect. It has a nice, comfortable atmosphere. For starters I had the beef lettuce wraps with chimichurri. They were VERY tasty! I recommend them. My partner had the charcuterie board...not that great! Don 't order that one...I can make a better one at home. For...

Heard good things about this restaurant so went with my wife and some friends for Sunday brunch and honestly wish I hadn't wasted the time and gas to get there. My wife and I ordered the Eggs Benedict which came with some cubed deep fried potatoes. We both had to send them back as the potatoes were raw. Eventually got our food back and the potatoes were still raw!!!! I get that accidents happen but if something comes back raw, surely you should check it before sending it back to the customer? There was very little hollandaise sauce on the eggs, though the small amount that was there was ok but the muffins were near impossible to cut and I actually thought the knife would bend or the plate wo...

I came here with my Sister, her husband and my niece on Sunday for brunch. Very friendly, great history so points for that. $16.99 for 3 course brunch seemed pretty fair. The frites were awesome...potato and sweet potato with a nice spicy slightly sweet dipping sauce. HOWEVER, if you order those, they should know better than to give you a huge serving of deep fried sweet potato chunks when you order the eggs benny as the second course. Either way, the eggs benny were ok. Although huge points for the peameal bacon YUMMO. Suggestion, lose half the sweet taters and double up the egg. Desert was just ok, choice of what looked and tasted like store bough lemon/vanilla cake or chocolate cake. They...

Our friends treated us to dinner last evening at this wonderful gem. What an extraordinary experience. The Tin Mill was an amazing experience. From the physical structure with its history and location to the presentation and quality of the food. what really wowed was the over the top personal and attentive service from the owner and our server who both went out of their way to offer extra attention to details. Little things mean everything and the Tin Mills offered it all. The Chicken and rice bowl had the perfect zip of spice that wowed. My dinner mates had the ribs, gnocchi, pasta, and a dinner size Caesar salad. All dishes were prepared as one hopes for in a decent establishment, and all...

Very disappointing. Lunch menu was limited and the quality of food was not up to the description of previous reviews that we looked at. The service was friendly but the food arrived at our table in poor condition. My father in-law had the fish and chips that he quipped on the way home were the worst he has had since 1952!

I've only been here the once, but I'd come again. The fries were great, a standout menu item, and the rest of the food we had was above average. The building and locale are interesting. I'd have to come a few more times to have a considered opinion, but based on one visit, it's definitely a place I'd return to.

During our stay at the cottage, we went here for lunch. Coz we were late in the afternoon, they offered us a snack menu. Everything tasted great. The service was great. The staff and management were all very welcoming. This is a very nice little place in Uxbridge. Can't go wrong with it.

Went Sunday sept 23rd 2018 with 6 friends for a going away party. I had never been there before and to be honest won't go back. The steak I ordered was like eating shoe leather with flavour, I couldn't eat it. Did not feel welcome either, by the manager I believe.

Probably one of the better restaurants to eat at in Uxbridge. The menu is seasonal and changes every few months. It is however quite expensive for dinner. Comparable to the prices at high end restaurants in Toronto. Service is good though.
