Delightful!!! The soup was low in fat, and our dishes were abundant, clean, and full of flavor. The service was as expected or even better. We were truly surprised! It's been a few years since our last visit here. The ambiance is much nicer compared to another place we considered for lunch today. At Tin Tin, their lunch specials are available until 6 PM, which is fantastic. They offer specials every day of the week. This deserves a rare 5-star rating, especially since we were tired and hungry after our morning at Disneyland, which was also a great experience!

I ordered takeout, so I didn't dine in. The order was ready in a reasonable time. The food reminded me of the Cantonese dishes I had as a child, prepared by my older relatives—a style my elderly father and his wife used to enjoy. Lunch is just $9.99 for a selection of 60 dishes, available since April 2022. This restaurant offers a typical Cantonese dining experience and is quite similar to Sam Woo. The food is tasty, and the portion sizes are reasonable. It's worth a visit if you're in the mood for quick, budget-friendly Cantonese Chinese cuisine. Just a heads-up: don't expect the cleanest environment, and if you don't speak Cantonese, the customer service may not be top-notch.

This place has always been great. Lunch special prices are worth it. Huge portions. Fast service, even if parking is sometimes difficult to find, and there are waiting times during the rush hours. Eating is also good. Very authentic Chinese style food. Although they also have some American Chinese dishes that are perfect for the Asians who are also born and raised here. Soup always comes with the meal without additional costs.

I frequently stop by this Chinese diner for a delicious meal, as the food is always hot and freshly prepared when you order. The ingredients and portion sizes are quite reasonable and satisfy my family's appetite. Once again, we appreciate the fresh food and generous portions they offer at great prices. Great location on Garvey Avenue. Always popular. They got our order wrong and it was take away so we couldn't get it corrected. But the restaurant is a solid, reliable choice in the west SGV. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food here is outstanding! It's one of my favorite spots. I particularly love the dry garlic lobster and the lobster with house special sauce.
