Tio's Mexican - Reserva de mesa

I love Tios, especially the one in rancho. I’ve never had a bad experience with the Rancho location. Due to this location being closer to me I frequent it about 2-4 times a month. I have noticed that they start to close off part of the dining room around 8pm which is understandable as they close at 9pm. Most recently I placed an online order at 8:15pm due to not wanting to come inside and eat so close to closing. When I arrived at 8:30pm for my paid for food, the gal cleaning informs me that they are closed and the sign on the door also stated that. I told her I had an online order and she looked confused. She then proceeded to tell me that they’ve already closed, my online order though paid...

I usually do just a mental notic and stay away, but this time I thought other people should be made aware that my last visit to tios eastvale (mira loma) on my way home we have tried in a sequence for picking up. After we tried three times to be responsible for bad connectivity and not to speak loud enough, we thought to stop only because they had to be weakened, so they could not hear us and were so rude about the phone. at the arrival on Tuesday evening (taco dosday) there was a small family of three. This restaurant is not worth considering for a second visit. The food lacked flavor, with the guacamole tasting overly salty. Even though I have no trouble with tasting food, I can cook better at home. In addition, I found a long black hair in my watery beans. The salsas were also disappointing. Despite the decent reviews, I was very let down by this place and urge others not to waste their money here. Taco Bell would be a better option, seriously.

I would give this restaurant four stars because they provide a complimentary basket of chips while you dine. However, I recently received an invitation claiming that there is now a shortage of chips available.
