first class restaurant in keitum, which surprises with the most likely breakfast on the island. wonderfully quiet and protected on the terrace with views in the idyllic garden or inside in the cozy modern sylter farmhouse atmosphere. charming service of breakfast ladies, excellent coffee and tea selection. small smoothies as greeting, really fresh orange juice (even in 5 stars houses rarely come), a very fresh and appetizing buffet selection and à la carte delicacies such as eggs benedict, pfan cakes, waffels or even bark broths or white sausages for categorized late-ups. no time stress, until 13 o'clock you are lovingly caresed. big lob to the friendly breakfast chef who tells authentic and...

we visited the restaurant for the first time. it is embedded in a very attractive hotel complex. we were greeted attentively and accompanied by the reserved table. the ambiente is elevated country house style; but not overturned. the tables are clearly placed, with sufficient distance to the neighboring tables.The impression is habitual, relaxed. the eating was pure pleasure, no gourmet kitchen but qualitatiw at the level. the nautical in the zucchinimantel (appetizer)was a manifestation; the bead (main course) was cooked on the spot and very tasty flavored. the dessert rounded off the menu perfectly. the accompanying weepings were in no way in accordance with the quality of eating. the even...

a friend had and pointed to this restaurant. we were warmly welcomed, the restaurant and the hotel are very tastefully decorated. the service is charming and unobtrusive. the well-trained employees have left a very positive impression with us. eating was very good. the price-performance ratio is very good . for the menu with wine-guide have been called 89 €. the foods were very well prepared. nouvelle cuisine at a small price!The wine selected by sommelier for the individual courses. you can absolutely recommend the restaurant if you want to go a cozy evening with very good food with a delicious drop. the subsequent detour in the hotel bar was also excellent, very friendly insurgent staff. w...

We rarely had to experience this. at the reception was no one. After a certain waiting period someone took care of us. you were not willing to close the door to the terrace because the staff wanted to make the same to service on the terrace not last up and. we had to wait very long until we could give up our order. the so-called sommelier was lustless. a service at the table (e.g. after-shrink of water) did not take place. a terrible atmosphere. the typing in the severin’s, which I value as a perfect one, is just as fair to the demands. the card covers every taste and for every dish there is the appropriate wein recommendation. service very competent, communicatiw and friendly. ambiente cozy and absolutely fitting to a top restaurant. since I am in a time in a separable food I have enjoyed a pasture bark fillet with roasted vegetables from the finest. tipken’s is in keitum a tipp.

4 restaurantes we visited this time on sylt and in the tipkens it tasted best for us. very kreatiw but not too much lifted. we ate two times menu. once the welcome and the sylvestermenu and both paints it was a culinary pleasure :) big praise to the kitchen and service.

We had dinner at tipken with the family. Great food, great wine, great service. Its a fine dining location. Nothing to complain. Would come back for sure.
