This is my new favorite bar in Nice. Tipsy has immaculate vibes with its chic artwork, friendly staff, and really great music selection (mostly pop/hip hop 2000s hits- my fave). Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tequila 4cl
