the tipsy cow is a fantastic restaurant in the heart of the city. they use local, high-quality ingredients and have an incredibly creative mixologe that makes the best cocktails, sometimes prepared with ingredients, or months in advance for limited running properties. we went there for burgerwoche, and we were not disappointed. we had the romeing goat, 1/3 lb food patty, goat cheese, romesco, balsamic caramelized wobble, speck aioli, arugula, brioche bungalow. we ordered a dive of chips to share. house cut frits cajun, honey dill and pfeffercorn. the bungalow is so soft and wonderful. her Romesco sauce begins with roasted red paprika tomato fresh from the farm. then they shimmer with a stick...

Great place to hit before a game. The food is always delicious. I should have checked my bill before paying, as we got charged for a beer we didn't order, but it was very busy at that time, and they were definitely understaffed the night we went. Otherthan that, no complaints, food was tasty and priced accordingly.

Highly recommend if you're in the downtown area! We went before a concert and loved everything, from the name to both the drink and food menu choices, to the food itself! Staff was also very friendly. Didn't have time to take a pictures as our burgers weretoo good to put down. Please, go check it out!

Ala Carte. We ordered Drinks, Burgers and Onion Rings. Food was good but not great. Expensive. Took awhile to get our food for what we ordered. Acoustics were bad for conversation, loud. Our waiter Jule was awesome! Thx for being so attentive andsociable.
