Our views are: A few things for you to note please: 1. The main entrance to your hotel was spectacular. 2. When we were seated it took far too long to get served. After 20 minutes we only had water on the table! 3. The Indian guy who initially came to ask for our menu choice did not understand the items on the menu. He could not understand “Severn and Wye salmon” – which I understand may be difficult in their native tongue . He also incorrectly described the Pumpkin dinner because I asked him if the vine tomato sauce came in a small separate “boat” – he stated yes. I presume during induction these items are explained sufficiently? I think he needs more training. 4. I would like to give prais...
We were a family group of 7 our table gave us panoramic views of Cardiff Bay, which was very welcomed. Superb, attentive service from the staff, lovely Christmas decorated table with crackers. Delicious food from the festive menu, good sized portions and well presented. We occupied the table for over 3 hours and never felt hurried to leave. A surprisingly, pleasant Christmas family occasion. Our thanks.
Believe you me, you do not want me writing a review about the fiasco that was my wife's birthday meal. Call yourself a 5 star hotel???? Do yourselves a favour, go to the Parc Plaza and see how it should be done. Next time I'll go to Mc Donald's.
I'm afraid I had a rather disappointing experience. The service was below expectations, and my drinks were incorrect and had to be sent back—not once, but twice. Out of the five meals we ordered, three were terribly dry, and one was boiled.

Food was outstanding served by a very helpful and knowledgeable waiter, cocktails made exact as we liked them even the food was cooked differently as my wife doesn’t like chillis. Overall a lovely dining experience and would recommend

Dinner for 6 old friends very pleasant noise level ideal for conversation. Food choice and quality was very good and good value too. Everyone was very positive about the evening.
Very lovely staff, attentive and friendly. A table with a nice view. Food was good but not outstanding and I felt it was overpriced.
