Tj's - Reservar una mesa

My family visited for Christmas. We had a party of 12 and we were seated as soon as we got there. The waiter took our order as we sat down but the food took over a hour to be plated as other tables continued to get their food before us. After speaking with management the situation was rectified.

Visited TJ's Restaurant for the first time Christmas 2019 for dinner with a party of 12. The meal was not great after waiting 2 hours and the customer service was not satisfactory. However, after speaking with higher management, the situation was rectified to my satisfactory.

My family was on there on Christmas day for dinner. A party of 12. Food was delicious from what I ordered. Just had too wait 2 hours for my food to come out to be served. Then the the manager rectified the situation on the long wait.

Received appetizer- server said would bring plates- waited 7 minutes and asked another wait staff for plates. Braised rib sandwich bread was soggy and sloughed off. Not appealing.

We had a lovely lunch and truly enjoyed ourselves.
