When I asked about a refund for the delivery fee I was charged, I was assured it would be processed, but I still haven’t seen it. To make matters worse, they forgot the garlic bread I had paid for, leaving me to wait while my food got even colder. By the time I finally got everything, I was left with a cold calzone, hard, dense zeppoles (also cold), a salad with the wrong dressing (they gave me ranch when I ordered French), and cold shrimp scampi. The only correct item in my order was the 2-liter bottle of Pepsi. I am very disappointed in how much this place has declined. Despite these setbacks, I held out hope because I genuinely enjoyed the margherita pizza. However, tonight confirmed that some things never change. We finally decided to order salads and a margherita pizza. When we arrived to pick up our order, the pizza was ready, but no one had any information about the salads. Furthermore, we found the portions extremely small for the price we paid. As a result, we will no longer be patronizing TJ's. Perhaps they should consider hiring someone with experience to help manage the business instead of relying on inexperienced teenagers.

Horrible customer service. Even spoke to the so called manager. Charged my credit card more for their mistake which they said they wouldn't. Were supposed to give me the corrected order and that was also incorrect! This is not the first time but once you over charge my credit cared especially without me knowing, that's it. Ordered 1 to 2 times a week. Never again. Driver is awesome! Wish him well. Really nice man.

Timing was okay. Order was in one piece. Quality was slightly better than average. I will stick to my other local go to for the better quality. The 3-stars are partly for quality but mostly for forgetting to put spinach on my pizza. I paid nearly $3. I've work in a pizza shop, once upon a time. There are or certainly should be multiple check points for correctness...cook, counter person, and delivery person.

I don't even know where to start. Most of my cheese is in one corner of the box, not even on the pizza. Not sure if the delivery driver was driving 50 miles over the limit or what. The pizza isn't even good. it is definitely missing something, not sure if it's the cheese that fell off or if it's just the taste of pizza that's missing. My wings weren't terrible, I could eat 2/12 of those.

With great attention to detail, the food is delicious and affordably priced! I was feeling unwell at home and ordered through the app, and they got my order just right!

Just a solid NJ pizza spot. They have awesome cheese steaks, I recommend the extra meat version with onions and provolone!
