I must pass five different Mexican restaurants on my way here from Purcellville, and for good reason. The food and drinks here are always excellent, and the salsa is probably one of my favorites. On the last visit, I ordered the Molcajete for two and it was delicious (although I was hard pressed to find any chorizo that's typically supposed to come with the dish). It was still enough to feed me and one other and have leftovers. My girlfriend ordered cheese enchiladas and they were surprisingly good due to the type of cheese filling and sauce. (I'll acknowledge this is kind of a boring dish/order, so expectations weren't high but I kept going back in for another bite). The service was a little show and it was hard to catch the waiters attention for things like refills and the check, but I can't knock them too much for this as it's been a long time since I've had great service anywhere. The one thing I would bring to their attention is that it was super humid/hot inside the restaurant. If they are going for authenticity, you really do feel like you are eating in a Latin-American county with limited AC. It won't stop me from returning.

Next time I go, I'd only be going for the tacos and buttered cream corn mash. The chicken fajita was really bland. The rice and beans also tasted very bland. My bf got the carne asada and it was cooked tender but bland as well. The only thing yummy to me was the one steak taco I got and the mashed corn that I tried. The only in house tortilla come with the tacos. My tortillas for the fajita came out dirty and cold. The wait to sit took forever (but it was cinco de mayo). There were enough seats but the staff looked like they were short of folks, cause they didn't attend to us for 15 minutes. Overall, not bad but not the best. I'd say they were average.

I am so overdue writing a review for this restaurant. Every time we go in the food is top-notch. Wonderful flavors amazing quality. The drinks are outstanding and the bartender and Wade staff are exceptionally friendly. They will do whatever to accommodate both families couples kids whatever. Highly recommend you have to try it.

I found this place on Yelp and based on the strong ratings gave it a shot. Let me tell you they delivered a fantastic sit down dining experience! The margaritas were delicious, chip hot, salsa tangy and chicken fajitas sizzling! My 3 year old was liking the salsa bowl! Definitely going back! Give them a try!
