The most awful experience eating out we had here at this establishment.. the most intimidating, rude and threatening blonde haired female waitress .. HR NEED MYSTERY CUSTOMERS ASAP ... all because we moved table being to hot and unwell .. the carvery station was dried up no meat left so looked end of night .. .. we’d already had the last scraps of beef..very loud waitress screaming insulting us and humiliating us in front of other diners .. as I went to get male manager for help to deal with her uncomfortable outburst she said to my partner you didn’t get my permission to move.... after challenging us as we we’re so hot .. she crazily said to him I’m not giving you anymore warnings now to mo...

We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food here. I am vegetarian and the vegetarian option that I had (Spinach and Mushroom Pithivier) was absolutely delicious. My husband's carvery meat was lovely too and wasn't dry at all. The Yorkshire puddings were absolutely massive and all the veg and sides were amazing too. It was nice to see sides such as mac and cheese as this usually isn't seen on a carvery. We also had a dessert each and these were also second to none! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful (I was asking how many units was in the wine I wanted and there went out of their way to find this out for me). 10/10! We will definitely be visiting again.

We were blown away by the service we received, especially the kind, compassionate service we received with our son. We rarely eat out at he is a handful, especially at the dining table. Our waitress managed to keep him calm and helped out at all times during our meal, so much we even got a full meal without having to chase him round! We were astonished. She helped him choose his meal, made sure he had the sauce he requested and even got him an ice cream to say well done for being so well behaved. We were absolutely over the moon. It made two anxious parents feel very at ease. An absolute angel in disguise! Thankyou to Becky, from the cooper family!

visited here after a show at the NEC. We stayed for 2 nights on the carpark in our motorhome. All of the staff made us feel welcome. We had breakfast and an evening meal and both were wonderful. The all you can eat breakfast was a great start to a busy day and the carvery was the perfect end to it. On both occasions we were served by a blonde lady. She was courteous and very helpful, which made our visit even better. We have never stayed on this particular site before but we will be back in future and would definitely spread the word. Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic, the drinks were plentiful, and the entire visit was outstanding. The standout was our waitress, Becky. She was truly excellent! From beginning to end, she kept us entertained, regularly refilled our drinks, and assisted us with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place, especially with staff members like her who make the experience so enjoyable.

Disappointing lunch. First time at this particular Toby. The carvery station was very underwhelming poor choice of vegetables and no macaroni cheese. All looked very sparse, unappealing and bland. Pretty tasteless. Overheard lady on next table say her prawn cocktail was still frozen! Will stick to Toby at Streetly and Shenstone from now on different class.

Another family dinner at Stonebridge was a delightful experience. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The restaurant always seems to be bustling, which speaks to the fantastic atmosphere and attentive staff. The food is consistently delicious and we always leave satisfied. No complaints here!

Had a lovely time catching up with old friends at this restaurant. The food was amazing and the young waitress was very friendly and attentive. We came for my sisters birthday breakfast and we were most impressed. The waitress was smiling constantly and friendly. She kept al of the breakfast items topped up as did the breakfast chef. It was a really great morning.

Great food and great service. We were extremely impressed. Would recommend to anyone and highly recommend the sandwiches.
