Toby Carvery Burnt Tree Island

Waitress was lovely and the guys on carvery where entertaining, having a giggle with Customers whilst serving which is better than just having a plate thrust in your hand. Must admit I was a little sceptical as some reviewers where off putting so I’m glad I made my own judgement. The only negative was 3 desserts where sold out by 3.30pm which considering there where several hours of serving left I would imagine there wouldn’t be much too choose from later in the afternoon. On the whole nice afternoon, well spaced out so not on top of the next table and service and food very nice.

Waitresses were absolutely lovely and accommodating. However, the kitchen door slammed annoyingly loud everytime someone went through it and the guys that served the carvery could have easily passed as extras from the tv show of porridge. They asked what you wanted and then just continued by slopping anything on your plate and seemingly blatantly ignoring our requests. Thier attitude absolutely stunk. If it hadn't have been for lovely nature and helpfulness of the waitresses I would have walked out with family.

The temperature was unbearably high during my visit. The windows wouldn’t open, and the air conditioning was not functioning. Even the chef was sweating. I was eager to leave. This has been a recurring issue for us. I need to remember not to come in the summer again. If the air conditioning had been operational, I would have given it a 5-star rating.

This was our first meal out after COVID restrictions lifting and I am amazed how organised and friendly the staff were. It was fantastic to celebrate our daughter's birthday and enjoy great food. Thank you for being awesome! Reserva una mesa ahora

This is a lovely restaurant with excellent food quality. However, the recent price increase for the Sunday carvery has made us reconsider future visits, as it has become too pricey compared to other places.

Like many others, not been out for a long time but the organisation and service was excellent, the young lady that served us was very down to earth and made us very comfortable.

I received a call just 20 minutes before my arrival informing me that the restaurant would be closing at 8 PM. This left me in a hurry to find something to eat.
