Very pleasant day. Staff very helpful. I was having dinner with my dad who has dementia the setting was safe and the staff helped take dinner to our table. Well thought out and safe. The carvery was beautiful Thank you

Always enjoy the food at the Toby. Beautiful staff are helpful especially in noticing I have a limp, so decided to put myself and my guests n lower level as I couldn’t manage the stairs

The service was excellent and the food was amazing as always. The only bad thing was the room we ate in was freezing cold. I was shivering for most of the hour I was there.

this day got worse after I had eaten here I had sick all night, I had the same eating as always, but within 2 hours I was sick all night, and this lasted until 6 o'clock.

my wife is a coeliac and she was very ill after dining on Friday night although the staff checked the eton mess was GF . she has been in bed for two days now.

very slow service, but eating was nice. the service at all points was terrible that we were not even served for 30 minutes, although I asked to be served.
