The food was great, but the self-service drinker was made from a few drinks, the employee we talked about, he would fix it, but after 20 minutes it was not sorted yet, another customer complained to another member of the staff who got it sorted in another 5 minutes. The ice machine hasn't been working for months. For a national chain I would expect better.

Terrible service, the worst thing we had here in 15 Jas. We had problems with pure drinks, and the employees and managers did not care about everything to sort it. Very dissapointed.

Lovely food wonderful staff they are always friendly and welcoming. Have been going there for years and have never ever been disappointed. Hope to be going back for many more years

The food was top quality today, the meat , Yorkshire puddings, vegetables all great. Martyn looked after us well! The London pride was faultless. A great meal experience
