These hush puppies are to die for!! You can taste the corn in them. I ordered 7 minutes to closing yesterday as I was in the area for a pedi..ordered 3 pc platter..owner said come quickly..hubz n I made it ..I ate all the hush b4 getting home...fish was more than 3 pcs..it was 5! My meal was done lol. Excellent service...never disappointed with this longstanding establishment when we lived nearby 3 years ago....and before that in the area. Great staff. Fish was good. Okra was excellent. They need to work on frying scallops. Scallops were good not old but the coating was soft and slipped off. They no longer have chitterlings on menu but would return. Thought I’d try it and be wowed but it was just ok. Shrimp had way too much ch seasoning and the made with lump meat crab cake was just that. “Made with”.
