This was my second visit to The Load and I have to say that the customer service provided by the employees, Tony, Cassandra, and Arun, was excellent. The Load is the best place for sandwiches, as I have tried other Togos locations and they do not compare in terms of quality and service. I want to thank all of them for making my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend trying any sandwich from here, but my favorites are the pastrami rub and roast beef. Thank you once again to the staff at The Load, and a special thank you from my mother as well!
The staff at this Togos location seems to be poorly managed. There were only 4 employees trying to handle a large number of orders and deliveries. It took 40 minutes for my 2 cold sandwiches to be ready, even though the actual preparation time was only 20 minutes. The staff seemed disorganized and was constantly switching between tasks, causing delays. Despite this, the sandwiches were decent. It's unfortunate that the staff has to deal with frustrations from customers due to poor management.
Husband wanted a hot pastrami sandwich. I usually get the #24, turkey avocado sandwich. I do miss the lemon pepper tuna sandwich that they had around Lent. They gave a nice combo of sandwich, chips and cookie.Depending on how many people are ordering sandwiches, sometimes the wait is longer than anticipated. Other times device is quick.
