Being an accustomed to this restaurant last night bad experience compared to the service no takeover for more than 30 minutes it would have to "take up the flight" a server to order aperitif and suddenly order our menus again a wait for more than 20 minutes and still no aperitif in sight when suddenly we get the entries and there again oblige to demand our aperitifs from the coup And there we are answering no can be next time.... No excuse for this whole evening frankly not very commercial and yet we are regulars and food is excellent but we will look for another restaurant in the future.

I've been there for years, as soon as I come to Toulouse, and on my last visit, I was surprised by the evolution of the map (appearance or enhancement of the signature dishes? , the presentation had not changed maybe for more than 10 years, and there's nothing to say. Because it's excellent, I loved to test salmon tatak which is excellent in addition to the royal chirashi. Anyway, go on like that, that's great.

The best sushi I've ever eaten! Original with excellent products: special mention to makis magret and sushi with foie gras. Not to mention the truffle cream. The staff is nice. Small flat, the service is a little long but the wait is really worth it!
