Toko - Reservar una mesa

We went to Toko on a Monday night and it wasn't busy so we were given a table straight away. There were so many dishes to choose from we decided to go with the $78 chefs tasting menu. It started with pacific oysters that were fresh shucked and tasty. The sliced kingfish with yuzu and chives was a good combination of delicate flavours. It was =followed by the seared beef with pickled onions, mizuna and garlic chips which was one of the highlights of the night. All of the sashimi and seafood was extremely fresh and to a high standard. The venison with uni butter and daikon had lots of flavour and the scallops with sweet pickled apple and jalapeno garlic was also a hit. The tempura zucchini flowers was probably my least favourite dish as the feta felt out of place with the rest of the menu. We finished with the perfectly cooked marinated lamb cutlets that was served with a lovely chilli miso and pickled eggplant. By the time dessert was served we were full and struggled to get through the coffee mousse, chocolate sorbet, honeycomb and whisky foam as it was quite large and rich. This place is one of my top three Japanese restaurants in Sydney as it has an extensive menu with high quality fresh produce and good atmosphere.

Toko, un restaurante japonés contemporáneo, un buen restaurante ubicado en el corazón de Surry Hills. En cuanto a los primeros visitantes, mi amigo y yo decidimos probar el menú de degustación, que incluye más de 10 platos, desde los mariscos crudos hasta la sopa de miso. La comida sabe ridícula deliciosa y fresca. El servicio fue excelente, y mi vidrio de agua se llenó continuamente durante la noche. Dolor Dolor La porción fue tan pequeña, lo que me obligó a masticar tan lentamente para acomodar toda la bondad en su interior mientras se preguntaba: "Por qué solo dos vieiras / salmones, etc.". Pero creo que esta experiencia debería disfrutar del arte de cocinar. La comida excepcional y la gran compañía realmente hace una diferencia.

Toko definitivamente ocupa el lugar del mejor sushi en Sydney junto a Sake y Sokyo. La más alta calidad de los sashimi frescos y la carne de carne de Wagyu perfectamente cocida. Estas fueron las declaraciones para nosotros. Estos lugares tienen una gran cantidad de vinos de alta calidad que se coordinan y su servicio fue intrusivo y cálido. Estoy deseando visitar y probar el menú de degustación tal vez.

Since returning from London I miss my favourite Japanese restaurant. Now that I've discovered Toko, I don't mind so much. I can enjoy it each time I go to Sydney. It has an inviting menu, food was delicious and I like a barman who makes a good Chilli Margarita!

¡El lugar se veía genial! No tomas ninguna reserva, y el restaurante era rápido. La comida era increíble !!! Todo sabe bien, especialmente las flores de calabacín ...
