Tokyo Bagel - Reserva de mesa

I just can’t grasp the excitement surrounding Tokyo Bagel. I sampled the chicken katsu bagel and the kimchi salted beef. The chicken katsu was drowning in sauce, and the chicken itself tasted quite bland, reminiscent of the frozen varieties you’d find at Iceland. The kimchi salted beef was paired with an oddly sweet gochujang sauce that didn’t sit well with me. It seems this place favors presentation over genuine flavor. On a brighter note, the hojicha latte and yuzu tea were quite delightful, and the food was served quickly since it was pre-prepared. However, the only bagels available were those in the display case. I had a wonderful time at Tokyo Bagel with my friends and I wouldn't change a thing. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5. The menu featured a lovely variety!
