Went around lunch time with my grandmother. We were the only people dining in. When we enter Tokyo cafe the floor was SOO STICKY!! Every little step our shoes made a sticky sound ?. The booth we were sat at was occupied by flies. The flies would not leave us alone. We mentioned that to our waitress multiple times but she did not suggest to move us or offer to help. *I recommend bringing your own fly swatter while you eat* we didn't wait long for our meal, we got started off with miso soup and vegetables tempura and our food came shortly after. Let me first say that the food was very good. It was my first time to eat here. My partner and I waited about 20 minutes to sit, which wasn't a big deal. Except that our total time in the restaurant was almost 2 hours. After we sit, no one came to bring water or to take our order. The hostess who sat us took our order. That was the last thing we've seen from someone for some time. The party before us got her food, and the two groups behind us, Santa Fe Yuppies, who had decided to sit at the Sushi Bar, both were served before us.
