This is my second time going to Tokyo Grill and Sushi Buffet. The first time was in 2020 and I honestly had a great time. My second time around was about as good as the first. First off the all-you-can-eat hibachi grill is UNMATCHED! I could honestly eat it all day every day. The variety of sushi is great. They have ranges for every type of sushi fan and I have to say all of them were pretty good. I will say the sushi was good, but not amazing. It was 4/5 star sushi. How have I not reviewed this yet? My son loves this place, so he is often willing to pay for my meal if I drive. What a deal! The sushi is fresh and the rice for the rolls is always just right. I prefer going for dinner when they have more options for nigiri and sashimi, but lunch is a great price for what you get. I really loved this restaurant, real and delicious sushi, the hibachi is fantastic but it isn't perfect. Milk tea with Boba was gross, the coffee place near me makes the BEST Boba tea with milk, and so I'm spoiled now lol. There is eel, octopus, salmon, tuna tartar, all kinds of goodies. The restaurant is very clean tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful although the language barrier can sometimes cause misunderstandings. It's pricey. You have to pay the full meal price whether or not you plan to eat at the hibachi. So if you're not super hungry, or if you don't want to take advantage of the unlimited hibachi, I'd recommend skipping this. The sushi is nothing to write home about, but the desserts are fairly decent and the hibachi is delicious. You have a wide array of vegetables and noodles to choose from, along with five different types of meats. There's also vegan options. We enjoy eating here, but it's expensive so it's an occasional treat.
Wasn't really expecting much since it was an ACYE sushi place in the Midwest but was happy for the most part! I've had ACYE sushi before so this isn't my favorite place for sushi but I'm glad they also have hibachi, other appetizers, desserts. I liked those more than the sushi since I didn't see too many sushi options. For the price, it's not too bad. I definitely think it's a fun experience to try lots of foods so would recommend!
I love the Bento Box steak with mushrooms. Super tasty! The only thing that I don't like is that the steak serving is small when you order to go. I normally do takeout from here but I have ate at the restaurant a couple times and it is pricey. You can find similar dishes elsewhere for less but not bento boxes which is what draws me back.
The food exceeded my expectations! I have been to other asian buffets and they were half as good as here! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The restaurant is fun and uniquely decorated. I highly recommend!

This restaurant is a 10.. Clean , no over cooking constant small batches. Fresh ? and veggies for hibachi .. ignore the few bitter reviews and just go.
Best hibachi around! The portions are huge (enough for 2-3 people) and the veggies are always very fresh.
