I have a passion for Japanese cuisine and a particular fondness for curry, but unfortunately, the Japanese curry at this restaurant didn't quite hit the mark for me. Interestingly, my friends and I all ended up ordering the curry chicken katsu, which was served with a side salad. We also decided to share some takoyaki and an assortment of tempura. Overall, the meal was well-prepared and enjoyable, and my friends also seemed to really appreciate it. As we were leaving, we noticed a substantial line of people waiting to be seated, showing that it may be necessary to make reservations in advance at this popular spot.

The seafood at this sushi don restaurant is incredibly fresh and delicious! While I have noticed that the portions of scallop and ikura in the takeout and delivery orders are getting smaller, the taste of the food is consistently excellent. Despite being a bit disappointed in the portion sizes, I highly recommend this place for anyone craving a fresh and delicious sushi don. I order from here at least twice a month and it never fails to satisfy my cravings. Although the portions may be smaller than before, the taste is so good that it is definitely worth trying out!

I was immediately blown away by the smell the moment I walked in. Took me back to when id walk into some of the restaurants in Japan! Promising sign.Honestly tho my dish was a very simple of karaage with rice and salad so there's not much to say other than it was was delicious.Very reasonably-priced lunch meal that was delicious :)Love that they have dango, Japanese sweet treats you can pick from as well.

This place has a great menu with really great prices. I got the seaweed salad appetizer which was different because it was seaweed salad on top of a lettuce style salad. The dressing they served with it was phenomenal. I had the pork katsudon for my meal and it was delicious! Everyone in my group loved their meals. The restaurant has a distinctly Japanese atmosphere. The staff are professional and helpful, though could be a bit more friendly. The food quality is excellent and very tasty. I had the Pork Katsu Curry which was delicious. Prices are reasonable. The portion of meat was generous, but the rice could be improved. Overall, it is definitely worth a try.

Surprised this place was rated so highly. Only thing positive about the meal was that there was variety, but none of the individual items were good on their own. Was very disappointed. Tempura was soggy, pork Katsu was dry on the inside. They also served miso soup with a spoon not very authentic.

Great value and great food. Love the curry and the dessert mochi (Kashiwa). Waitresses are great. Lunch specials are a good deal. Japanese waitresses, and Japanese locals here. Its across from a shelter, so some outside action across the street if you're on the patio.

I had salmon don, katsudon, assorted tempura. salmon don has no sauce in it, not good at all. the other 2 were okay. the portions were decent, i think. I don't think i would ever wanna go again. Reserva una mesa ahora

First time to here for lunch, very affordable price for Japanese food. I ordered Takoyaki and hot sake. Not bad and the staffs are very attentive. Will come back to try something else.

Awesome, less main stream Japanese fare. Great quality, and kind of a hidden gem. If you're aware that there's more to Japanese food than sushi and ramen, this is the place for you.
