I have a strong affinity for Tokyo Ramen and typically go for lunch once or twice a week while at university. My usual order is the simple ramen with extra bamboo shoots, which always tastes delicious. However, on a recent Tuesday when I went for lunch alone, I received the worst service I have ever experienced. The waitress took my order incorrectly and mistakenly added butter instead of bamboo shoots, despite me clearly pointing out my desired order on the menu. When I questioned her about the mistake, she became defensive and blamed me. I informed her that I had requested bamboo shoots, not butter, and she became upset. Eventually, I had to speak to the manager/owner to resolve the issue....
We have been visiting Macquarie shopping center for years, but recently found this restaurant. It is a small, cozy spot that is always bustling. There is a good variety of dishes to choose from, the quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. The standout feature is the friendly staff. We have dined here with our young children, one of whom has an allergy, and the staff were extremely attentive to our needs. They even had colorful children's dishes to make them feel special. For a quick and convenient meal, this place outshines the competition.

I dined at this restaurant for the first time today and ordered the negimiso ramen. It was the best I've had in a long time, and I will definitely be coming back. The restaurant was empty when I arrived, as it was in the middle of the afternoon. The service was fast and efficient.

Loved their ramen so good! But miso ramen can be very bland at times and oily as well... Good food overall good people good place to eat and check some emails. Hope they can do better with miso ramen needing more flavour. Arigato.
