Tokyo Steakhouse Sushi And Hibachi

We hadn't visited this restaurant in a while and it appeared that it had not been well-maintained. We decided to go there to break our fast for Ramadan. Despite arriving early and expecting a wait, we were seated immediately as the place was nearly empty. We requested that the chef hold off on cooking for 10 minutes as we had some time before we wanted to eat, but they refused. As a result, we had to wait for our food to be served, causing it to get cold. The chef was not very skilled at hibachi cooking and provided no entertainment or interaction with us. My four kids, who were looking forward to the show and ice cream, were left disappointed. Overall, it was a big letdown.

I had made reservations for Mother's Day at 4:30 pm. Arrived on time and was told there would be a short wait. However, after waiting 30 minutes, we were informed that our table was still being cleaned. Another 30 minutes passed and we were given the same excuse. Despite having reservations, there were many other people also waiting for their tables. After an hour of waiting with no end in sight, we decided to leave. It would have been appreciated if the restaurant had been transparent about the wait times from the beginning instead of making us wait for an hour. Waiting with my toddler at a restaurant was not how I had hoped to spend Mother's Day.

This has always been one of our favorites but tonight (1st time in awhile) was disappointing. Prices went up and portions are WAY smaller… they don’t serve ice cream with dinner and give you way less meat than you used to get. Chef over cooked a lot of our food. Shrimp was charred and veggies were almost too burnt to eat. Looks like the remodeled to make it a more upscale restaurant but quality has gone down. Service was decent

$150 bill, food poisoning and had to work a day free. to supplement injuries, I paid for my party and I have food poisoning. to be fair, the other two guests were not sick, so I guess they were the skallops that only I had (hibachi). the cook was easy to entertain (all shy). the good thing about this restaurant was that they did not wait to fill tables I liked, but I had better hibachi. Excellent food!Excellent service!Amazing Decor!They move a lot of people in and out as long as you're patient. Some groups may talk a while making you wait, but that's no reflection on the staff.I've been here many times and it's my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Hibachi spot! Keep up the good work!

It was a birthday celebration dinner which was really nice. The food was great and the host/cook/server did a phenomenal job in preparing our food. Loved his entertaining antics. Would go there again. He also sung happy birthday with a pineapple wedge and a lit candle. Very nice place.

Food has gone down hill. The chicken was way overcooked and dryer than the Sahara desert. The shrimp was so fishy I couldn’t eat it. And they seem to finish as fast as possible to push you out and another group in. We will not be returning. Wu’s house is 10x
