I understand the price at 22,50 for a buffet at will, it must be profitable, but the quality is not at the rendezvous. It's mostly maki sushi with all dry raw salmon that cooled me. It would be nice to have a chilled buffet for this kind of product, because the level of health safety is not top. the same for raw chicken and seafood from the wok space.
