for a quiet long waiting time on the table in the free on a rather cold summer evening, which we only have the menu cards. it took more than 35 minutes until the waiter asked us about our orders, while the other waiter chatted with other guests in front of us. later, unquestioned false teller with eating were placed on our table, then they found that these were ordered by other guests who have already left and left. we have 2 calf carvings with ofenkartoffeln

my friend and I have eaten in this restaurant at lunchtime. it is located in the center of constanz and has many tables outside, but also inside! the dishes are almost all based on carrots and meats, but there is also a large vegetarian selection (with kartoffels). the girl who served us was polite and spoke very good English. the price is fair. it's worth it! ah, that's going to be abandoned.

on our way to Italy we made an overnight in constancy. we were looking for a restaurant and were attempted by the reviews on tripadvisor to go for great knolle and the reviews were certainly not exaggerated. because it was still sparing, we ate asparagus. excellent. and the cartoffels served as sparingly tasted like kartoffels: quite different from the average Dutch supermarket bone blue.

our visit to 4th in the great knolle was unique and a full success!Uncomplicated dishes oriented on the kartoffel. combined with perfectly roasted steak or chicken, the potato dishes were a dense. the steaks were better than in some so-called steak houses. we were served by a very friendly waiter.Immer again!

A must, and always packed. Almost too good an institution for the locals, so make sure to have a reservation. Dishes reflect the seasons. Pizza...
