This is a great local place. We stopped in for breakfast yesterday and it was so good we went back again today. Between the five of us we had French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon and home fries and everything was excellent. The home fries were among the best we’ve had. Everyone working in the place was hustling and working hard including the owner who was behind the counter cooking and coordinating all the plates coming out. We’ll definitely be back next time we are in town.

One of my favorite spots around for post-run brunch! There is plenty of parking around, and it’s within walking distance from the Wyndham hotel downtown. Service and food is always consistent and fast, and my coffee cup is never empty. Try their home fries if that’s your thing, they’re delicious!! Definitely the most consistent “traditional” breakfast spot in town, and you can’t beat the prices.

This place is a staple of the community. We were served by the granddaughter of the person who started the company! The food was reasonably priced and quite good. The staff looked like the liked working here and were very nice. This is the kind of mom and pop joint you read about in books!! Worth visiting.

Back roads to Canada found this amazing breakfast diner in Altoona PA, which is a gem of best breakfast and service I've ever had, has been amazing in operation since 1933 says everything when you open this long
