As someone who works in HR as a profession I look for various skill sets, such as good customer service, detail oriented, active listening, etc. Tom Kelly's Chophouse is a wonderful establishment full of staff members who actively listen, problem solve, are down to earth to their clients, and above all have exceptional customer service. The staff take time to know their guests by name and understand their dining needs. The owners are very kind. Working on a project and no time to make dinner, we decided to order takeout from Tom Kelly’s chophouse. We were running to Lowe’s home center to pick up a part to wrap things up and picked up our order at 8:00 pm as discussed. Our Tom Kelly ribeye steak sandwich was to be medium well. It was burnt and over cooked. A Reuben burger. Was to be cooked medium well. It was well done. The corn beef was dry on both the Reuben sandwich and the Ruben burger. A much-needed meal was a disaster and not even worth a 1/3 of what was paid. $70 Obviously, the kitchen has no regards for what they’re serving. Food was good but overpriced for what we ordered. Potato skin appetizer consisted of 3 half skins with price, tax,tip and service fee ended up costing $15.00. that's $5 for each potato skin. Again food was good, but a terrible value. Not going back. Took photo but site won't let me.post?

Please do yourself a favor and get the colcannon, and get it loaded!!!! Chef kiss! ? I had the fish and chips for dinner. It came with garlic parm fries, and that is never a bad idea! Went for the 1st Bears game of the season. Bloodys were awesome. Nachos were fantastic. And the service was great. Half the tables were empty. Not sure where everyone is? But overall great place.

We always like their food and craft beer selection. Our top recommendations are the Chicken Rockefeller and Steak Sandwich. The salads and Chili are good starters.
