I called in to this restaurant by chance with some friends. I had been before in 2015 and was well pleased. This time it was very disappointing. I ordered veal liver with rösti, one of my favorites in Switzerland. The first bite told me I was not eating veal! The liver was hard, overcooked and not at all fine as veal liver should. The rösti was very moist and was clearly made with the wrong potatoes and not fried in butter. The chef came to ask about the food and I tackled him about the liver. I was told that they didn't have any veal's liver in stock so had made cow's liver instead. I was naturally very shocked. They had served me without telling me that it was a different liver!
