So Today I Had Called And Placed An Order For Pick Up And My Understanding Is That They Close At 9pm.I Had Placed An Order Around 8:30 And Was Told That My Order Would Be Ready In 10 Minutes.And So I Arrived There About 10-15 Minutes Before Close Time And The Hispanic Lady Who Worked There Literally Stoped Me And Told Me To Leave Because They’ve Closed And I Tried To Explain To Her That I Only Came For A Pick Up Order That I Placed.And She Denied And Demanded Me To Leave.TOTALLY Unacceptable? !!!!I’ve Been Going To Tommy’s For 15 Years And Never Had Any Issues Up Until Then!!!?
I haven't visited this place in quite some time. Tommy's used to be my favorite spot for a quick gyro and fries. Today, I decided to get takeout and ended up spending over $15 for a gyro meal to bring back to work. Unfortunately, the gyro meat was cut extremely thick and was burnt from being left on the flat top for too long. The cashier struggled with English, and the prices didn’t match what was displayed on the menu. Additionally, there was a layer of dust on all the signs hanging in the seating area. This place is definitely going downhill fast...
Ordered the Philly cheese steak via door dash, delivery was fast and as expected, was definitely not a fan of this sandwich.. nothing like a traditional Philly.. it was basically a Italian beef with onion and cheese.. was expecting chopped up Ribeye like in the description.. I have had other things here that were definitely better than this.. please change the meal description for this item on your menu.
The food I have received has been good, but the issue is every time I order from here I literally only get half the order. Every Time!! How do you keep letting this happen. And then when I call multiple times, no one ever answers the phone. I tried to give it another chance, but I’m not going to risk getting half of my family’s dinner.

Fries were okay, but the sandwich was incredible. Which is perfect because the sandwich is what I went there for. And service was above and beyond. The lady brought my food to my truck since I had my kids with me.Will certainly return.
Love their hot dog special. Love their gyros special on Thursday. I would take it and run. Wheelchair accessibility: If You are on a wheelchair or scooter this place is not accommodating. Frustrating. Ugh.
The staff don't wear gloves when preparing your food. I watched someone handle my hot dog with their bare hands, which I found really unappetizing. I won't be returning.
Good food. Rude staff. Treated me like I was an inconvenience. Not going back. Parking: Pot holes everywhere

When you specifically ask for NO tomato on your gyro they put tomato’s ? no napkins
Italian beef is top notch! The best I've had in the west Chicago suburbs!
