When my husband arrived to pick up the order and mentioned it was under his name, Ty, who had answered the phone, just let him stand there without saying anything. After a few minutes, he finally returned. My husband pointed out that he should try to be a bit less rude. Since my husband has worked in a restaurant for the last 14 years, he understands that people can have tough days, but it’s still not acceptable to treat customers this way. The place lacks adequate staff, the staff working there were extremely busy but friendly. Burger was dry, way too much bbq sauce, onion rings were soggy, fries were soggy. Wasn't expecting much, so wasn't surprised on quality. I was hungry and always pass by this place on my way to work. Gave it a shot, not a place I'll return to unless i got no other options.

The parking lot is a little tight. The staff is very helpful and friendly The prices are somewhat high compared to other burger shops. I used to have more delicious food in other branches. This industry is quietly large and cozy. I liked the atmosphere, but I'm just gonna come back when I have a company with me to enjoy the vibes.

So SAD! Food from Tom's USED to be GOOD! Lettuce on the hamburger was BROWN on the edges and all white, no green!? Asked for pickles, she said they would put them on the side. Got home: No pickles. The French fries were barely warm and very pale. Not going back.

I just want to say that the staff us very polite and helpful. I tried the waffle and chicken it was so good.vi can't believe how good they were. All the food is good. Looking forward for breakfast next week.

If you’re looking for a great breakfast burrito this is the place to go. I’m big on ratio of potatoes to eggs and a good amount of bacon without having to order extra bacon. Their salsa is great too!

This place knows how to cook food not your typical toms burgers cooks here the omelettes are great their chorizo is actual meat as well. I'd recommend the food does have flavor
