Tom's Tavern - Reserva de mesa

Our third time to Toms and we'll be going back for sure. The service is top notch and friendly without being overbearing. We really like that a staff member stops by the table at some point to check if everything is alright and chat then they move on. Food comes out in adequate time and is always hot and delicious. There is sure to be something for everyone on the menu without breaking the bank. A comfortable family friendly atmosphere that you must try.

First time I have visited Tom's Tavern and I would recommend anyone visiting or living in Townsville to go and have a meal. The food was delicious, well presented and reasonably priced. I was advised the Sunday's were big but I did not realize that 2 people would be needed to finish off one of them. They were huge but delicious. I would have enjoyed some fruit to be included in them as well just to make the desert perfect.

The food is consistently good. The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive. The outside area is a great place for families to eat while they watch the children in the playground and I love the weekend all day dining. Every single staff member seems to enjoy their job which is unusual in Townsville!! My only criticism is that lactose free milk is not available.

Have been here with the family a few times over the past week and we were never disappointed. Even big groups are welcome and the food came out super fast & delicious. Highly recommend the burger special with mac & chesse croquettes & pulled pork yum!!! Great for little ones too as of the outdoor play area. Also free kids desserts and drinks. Thumbs up from us!! Meals are inexpensive, excellent menu and lovely staff. One of those places a bit off the beaten track but known by all the locals. Only 10 mins from the city by taxi. If you're staying in Townsville jump in a cab aand go there. Pub meals with a difference. Highly recommend the surf and turf, the steaks or the fish.

Very average meal, I expected more after reading other peoples reviews. All three of us were disappointed, the staff were good,service was excellent but we found the food very average. Surrounds were oka, maybe we were unlucky will try again and find out

Had a lovely dinner their and had three kids who were able to play in the well setup play area there while the adults chatted. It was a very safe area for them. Lovely and clean meals were good sizes and delicious all supplied with wonderful service

Awesome feed. Definitely a returning customer. You can never go wrong with the schnitzel and pasta. The bernasie sauce is to die for and the service is outstanding. They have Keno available, a kids area and a pockies area. What more can you want! Reserva una mesa ahora

The Roadhouse restaurant in Toms Tavern is a wonderful family restaurant offering a great reasonable priced menu with wonderful friendly service, it caters for entertaining the children.

Pub food at the restaurant was very tasty. Service was friendly too. Meals came out quickly and at the same time for members of the group. Will return here to eat again.
