Tongue Thai'd - Reservar una mesa

Have heard good things about this restaurant but i was extremely disappointed. It was so busy due to a concert happening next door so this may have been while service and quality of food was lacking. Waited 20 or so minutes for drinks. Satays arrived for entree and they tasted like they had been cooked and then reheated, the chicken was dry, cold and chewy and the satay sauce had a weird taste and was cold. Main the rice was gluggy, i ordered the chilli and coconut stirfry which was more like a curry. There was no hint of chilli either. The restaurant was so loud i was yelling at my partner who was sitting across from me. I wont be returning

This Thai restaurant is a must .. We were on our way to the airport and in a hurry. The staff at Tongue Thaid were so accommodating.. We were served thoroughly delicious authentic Thai dishes in record time.. And best of all the food was very affordable.. I would recomend this restaurant as a must visit asian restaurant when in Adelaide.. And to top it off its only a stones throw from the CBD..

Lovely food with a twist. Enjoy a casual meal which is well priced. Plenty of seating inside along with a lovely outdoor area out the back. The original Chef continues his twist on Thai dishes.

Went for the signature eggplant dish, and they had an eggplant special as well. So we had one of each. Were fantastic. Service was relatively quick as well, and friendly. Well worth a visit.

Handy to Thebarton theatre.... not much else to add. Service slow, no dipping sauce with curry puffs, Pad Thai drowned in sweet soy sauce. Expensive for quality of food delivered.
